99 Acquisitions

We buy the companies that keep hospital equipment running.

99 Acquisitions buys profitable distribution and service businesses in medtech and capital equipment. We don't plan to sell them. Your team, your OEM relationships and your name stay as they are.

Why sell to us

Built to own businesses, not flip them.

Private equity funds usually have to sell within five to seven years. We use our own capital and we're building a group to hold for decades, so we buy differently and we run things differently.

Send us the basics and you'll hear back within two working days with yes, no, or a few specific questions.

One decision-maker

No investment committee you never meet. The person on the call is the person who signs.

Your people stay

Service engineers, application specialists and the sales team are the business. We keep them and invest in them.

We protect your OEM relationships

We know how much a distribution agreement is worth. We bring principals into the conversation early and handle change of control carefully.

What we buy

Companies that hospitals and clinics already depend on.

The best fits have customers who keep coming back because switching suppliers would be painful for them.

Distributors

Exclusive or long-held OEM agreements

Imaging, diagnostics, surgical, lab and dental equipment, ideally with consumables or software attached.

Service companies

Multi-year service contracts

Field service, preventive maintenance, calibration and repair across an installed base of equipment.

Specialists

Hard-won know-how

Regulatory, installation, refurbishment or niche product expertise that took years to build and is hard to copy.

Process

From first call to close in about three months.

We keep diligence short and confidential, and we don't ask your team for anything we don't need.

  1. Day 0

    Confidential call

We talk about you, the business and what you want next. You don't need a data room or a broker.

  2. Week 2

    Written offer

A clear price range and proposed structure in plain language. We don't cut the price later without a real reason.

  3. Weeks 3–10

    Focused diligence

Financials, contracts, OEM agreements and people. We keep it confidential and light on your team.

  4. Close

    Handover on your terms

Stay on, step back gradually, or hand over the keys. We plan the transition with you.

Deal structures

We build the deal around what you want.

100%

Full sale

You sell the whole company and get a clean exit, with a handover period that suits you.

51–80%

Majority with rollover

You take most of the value now and keep a stake, so you share in the growth that comes next.

Phased

Gradual succession

We buy in stages over two to three years while your successor gets up to speed.

Questions owners ask

Before you get in touch.

Will my employees keep their jobs?

Yes. We buy companies because of the people who run them, and we have no plans to merge teams or move work offshore.

What happens to my distribution agreements?

Many agreements include a change-of-control clause. We plan for it with you, speak to principals early, and treat keeping those agreements as a condition for closing.

Do I need a broker or an M&A advisor?

No, but you're welcome to use one. We work with owners directly or through their advisors, and we pay attention to every introduction from a broker.

How do you keep this confidential?

We sign an NDA before you share anything sensitive. Your staff, customers and principals only hear about it when you decide.

Where does the money come from?

From our own capital, with long-term partners and bank financing where it makes sense. There's no fund deadline pushing us to sell.

Thinking about what comes next for your company?

Every conversation is confidential, and an early chat doesn't commit you to anything. Send a few lines and we'll reply within 48 hours.
